七月二十四日，正式上課，教練讓我們學(xué)換氣、吸氣、漂浮等動作，剛開始一下水，我有點(diǎn)膽戰(zhàn)心驚，怕溺水了，可是我看見別人那么輕松自如，就決定“背水一戰(zhàn)”，教練讓我們抓著池沿練習(xí)，我想到離教練近的那邊池沿，誰知滑了一跤落入水中，喝了一兩口水，不過這一滑讓我感到這池里的水有很大的浮力，所以我就不怕溺水了，慢慢的我就學(xué)會了換氣、吸氣、漂浮，還得到了教練的表揚(yáng)呢，心里別提多高興了!
后來，我漸漸學(xué)會了蛙泳、仰泳，還能在深水區(qū)游了，哈哈哈，真高興!
短短的二十天游泳課，讓我深深感悟出一個道理，那就是：不管做什么事情，只要持之以恒、不氣餒、不放棄，就一定能取得成功!
