Animals and plants struggle for their existence. Nature provides them with weapons for that struggle. Lions have claws; fish have scales; roses have thorns. They use their weapons for the un-avoidable war of existence. Nature also orders us to struggle;when we obey Nature, we win our existence.

The result of struggle is the evolution of a better society.In order to surpass others, one has to devote himself to what he does. If every individual does so. the society will make progress.
Struggle is inevitable. But we should struggle with sportsmanship, not stand in the way of others in order to achieve our own success. It is Only by struggling in such a way that mankind will see a world getting more glorious day by day.
競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的結(jié)果是社會(huì)向好的方向發(fā)展。一個(gè)人為了超過(guò)其他人，應(yīng)該致力于自己的工作。如果每個(gè)人都做到這點(diǎn)，社會(huì)就會(huì)進(jìn)步。
競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是不可避免的。但是我們應(yīng)該以運(yùn)動(dòng)員所具有的道德去參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，而不能為了自己的成功去擋住別人的路。

The biggest part of the average family expenses is housing. In 1998, the average family spent 25 percent of its income on housing. In 2880, expenses on housing rose to 42 percent. Food and drink are the second biggest part of the average family expenses. In 1998, about 18% of the average income was spent on this item. In 2008, the figure grew to 30%. As a result of such increase in the expenses on housing and food, expenses on other items have been reduced from 57% in 1998 to 28%in 2008.
Thus, a conclusion can be drawn that as income increases, people can improve their living step. But still the average family has to spend a large part of income to meet the basic needs.

On hearing the bell students ran into the classroom as quickly as they could. But a boy ,LIMing , whose father died a month ago , was late for the class. He stood outside the classroom silently . I smiled to him and let him come in. After a while ,he cried on his desk . Then I walked to him and asked what had happened . He told me that his mother was ill and he had to take some medicine for her . At the same time ,he apologized to me for his lateness .
