　　自薦信是自我推銷采用的一種形式，推薦自己適合擔(dān)任某項工作或從事某種活動，以便對方接受的一種專用信件。自薦信是給你自己一個機會以最佳的候選人形象去應(yīng)聘一個具體的職位，招聘者有可能就是你將來的上司。所以，自薦信與你的履歷表一樣重要。事實上，寄出的履歷表中不能沒有自薦信，自薦信質(zhì)量的高低直接決定你能否邁進大門與主考官來個“面對面”。

　　這一期我們介紹求職信(自薦信)正文部分的書寫。求職信的正文部分有著相對固定的結(jié)構(gòu)：開始部分，說明職位信息的來源以及介紹個人基本信息;主體部分，進行自我推薦;結(jié)尾部分，表達面試意向。

　　求職信寫作三點“要”訣：信首要有吸引力，信的主體部分要突出自己在職位上的優(yōu)勢和能力，信尾要爭取面試機會。求職信寫作的兩點“不要”：結(jié)構(gòu)不要亂(很多HR會直接跳到信的中間開始看這件事我會告訴你們么);不要過分重復(fù)Resume里的具體內(nèi)容，應(yīng)挑選其中和職位及公司相關(guān)的進行介紹，突出自己能給公司帶來什么。

　　1. 信首—強力吸引

　　首先說一下求職信的開頭，開頭一般是寫信的緣起和動機。在大多數(shù)情況下，求職信都是針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)和報紙上的廣告而寫的，所以在開頭要交代什么時間在什么媒體得知了招聘信息，內(nèi)容要簡單、明確。但是表達上要有特點，避免落入俗套，讓你的求職信的開頭能給人一種與眾不同、耳目一新的感覺，這樣給人留下的印象才夠深刻，同時增加了HR繼續(xù)閱讀下去的可能性。大家體會體會如下幾個例子：

　　Are you searching for a Telecommunications Manager with expertise in project management and team leader?

　　貴公司是否正在招聘具有很強項目管理和團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的電訊經(jīng)理?

　　My interest in the position of Project Manager has promoted me to forward my resume for your review and consideration.

　　我對貴公司的項目經(jīng)理職位很感興趣，特提交我的簡歷供您考慮。

　　Sample 4:

　　With regard to your advertisement in the newspaper for an Accountant, I am sure that I have the qualifications to fit your position.

　　Being acquainted with office works, I could make myself generally useful, should there be any opportunity of your requiring my service.

　　熟悉公司業(yè)務(wù)，如有機會為貴公司服務(wù)，本人相信，對一般事物必能夠輕松勝任。

　　然后簡單說明你為什么要申請這個職位，通常的切入點是公司的培訓(xùn)，文化以及行業(yè)狀況，工作性質(zhì)等等(選擇因人和工作而異)，表現(xiàn)出下過一番功夫。

　　2. 主體—全力推銷

　　其次是求職信主體部分，一般要表述個人的年齡、學(xué)歷、資歷、能力、更換工作的原因等情況。這一部分至關(guān)重要，HR可借此決定是否邀請你來面談，這一部分是求職者必須竭盡全力來寫的。求職者要仔細研究招聘廣告，從信息中充分了解招聘者的“心思”，投其所好，對癥下藥。寫作時力求簡潔、不批評、不抱怨。語氣要肯定、自信、不過分夸張。以Job Description為出發(fā)點，Tailor到具體求職的公司和崗位，選出2-3點公司認為的重要的素質(zhì)，加以闡述。特別重要的是：不要重復(fù)Resume里面提過的東西。這一部分可以讓HR眼前一亮的包括：①誘人的工作經(jīng)驗;②良好的教育背景;③優(yōu)秀的個人能力;④明確的求職理由;⑤清晰的職業(yè)目標(biāo)。一一列舉如下：

　　3. 信尾—爭取面談
