適合五年級(jí)的英語詩歌:Slightly Rainy Day
It's windy and chilly
and rainy and gray,
but, still, I won't need
my galoshes today.
I'll need no umbrella,
no jacket or mittens.
It's not raining hard;
only puppies and kittens.
適合五年級(jí)的英語詩歌:I Sort of Have the Sniffles
I sort of have the sniffles.
It seems as if I'll sneeze.
It slightly I'm showing signs
of some disorder or disease.
It could be I'm contagious.
Perchance I have a chill.
It's feeling like a fever.
I've an inkling that I'm ill.
I might have mild myalgia.
I'm probably in pain.
It looks as if I'm lately
more susceptible to strain.
The likelihood it's lethal
is maybe minuscule.
But why take any chances?
I'll be staying home from school.
適合五年級(jí)的英語詩歌:I Went to School to Learn to Read
I went to school to learn to read,
but learned instead of trouts in tweed.
I thought they'd show us how to write.
They showed a fig could fly a kite.
Instead of having history class
we caught gorillas in a glass,
then didn't learn arithmetic,
but watched as Tuesday did a trick.
We also skipped geography
to learn why eggs can disagree.
And then, instead of taking art,
we learned to take the air apart.
Instead of having science there,
we played with pigs with purple hair.
We learned to catch a savage chair
and why balloons are really square.
We learned the moon can eat the sun
and why bananas like to run.
It's true, we may get nothing done,
but, boy, it sure is lots of fun.
適合五年級(jí)的英語詩歌:Jessica Jean
We planted some beans in our garden in class,
along with some peppers and pumpkins and grass.
We planted them neatly in straight little rows.
But Jessica Jean stuck her bean up her nose.
She did it discreetly, not making a peep.
She pushed with her pinky and poked it in deep,
then kept it a secret, so no one would know.
But, meanwhile, her bean was beginning to grow.
It popped out a leaf on the tiniest stalk,
that quickly unfolded and caused her to squawk,
then rapidly blossommed and grew to a vine,
while Jessica Jean was beginning to whine.
It quickly expanded to cover her lips.
It grew on her shoulders, her elbows and hips.
It bloomed on her body and covered her clothes,
completely encasing her down to her toes.
It looped on her ankles, engulfing her feet,
cocooning her knees and obscuring her seat,
concealing her up past the top of her chest,
her arms and her hands, and then all of the rest.
And that was the last that has ever been seen,
or heard of the student named Jessica Jean.
So always remember to plant them in rows,
and never, don't ever, put beans in your nose.
適合五年級(jí)的英語詩歌:My Sister Thinks She's Santa Claus
My sister thinks she's Santa Claus.
It's really kind of cute.
She likes to shout out "Ho, Ho, Ho!"
and wears a bright red suit.
She carries lots of toys around
inside a great big sack
and keeps her eight pet reindeer
with her sleigh out in the back.
She even has a workshop
where she makes a lot of noise
directing all the elves who help
by making brand new toys.
Then once a year, on Christmas Eve,
she flies off in her sleigh
delivering her gifts around the world
for Christmas Day.
She'd make a perfect Santa
which is why it's just too bad
my sister can't be Santa Claus;
see, Santa is our dad.
