西方餐桌禮儀之餐具擺放
餐具是根據(jù)一道道不同菜的上菜順序精心排列起來的。座位最前面放食盤(或湯盤),左手放叉,右手放刀。湯匙也放在食盤右邊。食盤上方放吃甜食用的匙和叉、咖啡匙,再往前略靠右放酒杯。右起依次是:葡萄酒杯、香檳酒杯、啤酒杯(水杯)。餐巾疊放啤酒杯(水杯)里或放在食盤里。面包盤放在左手,上面的黃油刀橫擺在盤里,刀刃一面要向著自已。正餐的刀叉數(shù)目要和菜的道數(shù)相等,按上菜順序由外到里排列,刀口向內(nèi),用餐時按順序由外向中間排著用,依次是吃開胃菜用的、吃魚用的、吃肉用的 比較正式的餐會中,餐巾是布做的。高檔的餐廳餐巾往往疊得很漂亮,有的還系上小緞帶。注意,別拿餐巾擦鼻子或擦臉。
小瓶裝鹽和胡椒,可以在每一套餐具中間的前面放一份,可以每兩套餐具之間放一個甚至只在餐桌的中心位置放一個,這樣就可以共用一套小瓶了。
餐具都擺齊以后,不要忘了餐桌的裝飾物,例如蠟燭臺或用你的茶壺做個小花瓶等,都可以增添浪漫的氣氛。
招待客人時不要把熱水放在玻璃杯里,這樣既不科學,又不安全,因為玻璃杯容易燙手。所以,熱水、熱茶等,應(yīng)該放在瓷杯里,玻璃杯是用來裝冰塊或是冷水的。
西方喝茶的方式和中國也不一樣。中國喝茶方法一般都是把茶葉直接放在茶杯里用開水沖著喝,茶葉仍在杯子里。西方是用袋泡茶或把茶葉先放在茶壺里泡,然后把茶水倒出來喝,茶杯里不留茶葉。
就坐時,身體要端正,手肘不要放在桌面上,不要蹺腿,和餐桌的距離以便于使用餐具為佳。餐臺上擺好的餐具不要隨意擺弄。女主人拿起餐巾時(沒女主人就看男主人),表示開始用餐,把餐巾鋪在雙腿上,如果餐巾很大就對折放腿上,蓋住膝蓋以上的雙腿部分。
在正規(guī)的晚餐,要等女賓放好餐巾后,男士再放餐巾。最好用雙手打開餐巾,切忌來回抖動地打開餐巾。不要將餐巾別在領(lǐng)口上、皮帶上或夾在襯衣的領(lǐng)口。用餐的時候,頭要保持一定高度,不能太低,不能過多地移動頭。
就餐期間,如果暫時離開座位,可以把餐巾放在椅子上。千萬不要把餐巾放在桌上,否則就意味著你不想再吃,讓服務(wù)員不再給你上菜。
很多主人并不愿意客人在家里吸煙。如果你想吸煙,可以在上甜點之后,并得到男主人或女主人的允許,去指定的地方吸煙。不要坐在用餐的座位上,讓身邊的客人和你一同享受“仙境”。
