Millions of people worldwide have bad eyesight. In my class,most of my classmates are short-sighted and they wear thick glasses. The poor eyesight is becoming more and more an obstacle to our future. How can we protect our eyesight to let it stop getting worth?I have four suggestions. First of all,we should not keep reading for too much time. Recent researches revealed that relaxing for 5 minutes every an hour’s reading helped resuming our eyesight. Secondly,never read at places where are not bright enough. Reading in the gloom hurts a lot. Thirdly,having eye excises in break time helps relaxing our eyes. Finally,get enough sleeping to let your eyes get a good rest. More than 90% of information is got through our eyes. Take good care of them and never let them hurt.

Everyone tries to achieve success in his career. However, someone firmly attains his goal while another fails. Why? He sticks to his cause no matter how tough it might be. Dr. Sun Yat-sen was such a man. Many of his attempts failed, but he held to his purpose with firmness and finally succeeded in overthrowing the Qing Dynasty. Diligence means steadiness in one’s work and study. Su Qin stabbed himself in order to keep himself attentive to studies. Marx often worked 15 hours a day. Life is short and we have many things to do. Without diligence no one can achieve anything. I believe that where there is a preparation there is a way, and that success belongs to those who can suffer long years of patient toil and constant efforts.

As the development of the economy, more and more people live the good life. As they have more money to satisfy the material issue, so they chase for entertainment. The old people like to dance in the square and the young people like to KTV. As for me, my favorite form of entertainment is to travel.
On the one hand, travel can broaden my vision. Going to the different place can let me see the different scenery. Every time when I go to a place, I will talk to the local people and get to know their culture. I learn so many things from life instead of the book.
On the other hand, I will make friends during the trip. When I take the train, I will always find someone who has the same interest with me. We will talk a lot on the train, though our destination is different, we keep in touch and share our opinion all the time.
Going to travel is my favorite form of entertainment, I learn a lot and I will continue my travel when I have the time and money.
由于經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，越來(lái)越多的人過(guò)上了好生活。有了更多的錢來(lái)滿足物質(zhì)方面的問(wèn)題，因此人們追求娛樂(lè)。老一代人喜歡在廣場(chǎng)跳舞，年輕人喜歡唱歌。對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)，我最喜歡的娛樂(lè)方式是旅游。
一方面，旅行可以開闊我的視野。去不同的地方能讓我看到不同的風(fēng)景。每次當(dāng)我去一個(gè)地方，我會(huì)和當(dāng)?shù)氐娜肆奶?，了解他們的文化。我從生活上學(xué)到了很多書本上沒(méi)有的東西。
另一方面，在旅途中我會(huì)交朋友。當(dāng)我坐火車，我總會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)和我有著相同愛(ài)好的人。在火車上我們會(huì)聊很多，雖然我們的目的地不同，但是我們會(huì)一直保持聯(lián)系，彼此分享意見(jiàn)。
去旅游是我最喜歡的旅游方式，我學(xué)到了很多，當(dāng)我有錢有時(shí)間的時(shí)候會(huì)繼續(xù)我的旅程。
