　　1.表達形式

　?、倩疽?guī)則：子基母序 (即：分子用基數(shù)詞，分母用序數(shù)詞)

　　1/3 one third 1/8 one eighth 1/12 one twelfth

　　2.由分數(shù)、小數(shù)或百分數(shù)構(gòu)成主語時，其后的謂語跟分數(shù)、小數(shù)或百分數(shù)的單復并無關(guān)系，而是由這些數(shù)后的名詞的情況來決定。
