With intense interest in network communication, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your graduate program for advanced training. I first developed this interest in 1995,when I was still an undergraduate majoring in automatic control. I tried to write some database programs to be applied on a LAN That proved to be a tough job, but I successfully finished it, winning substantial monetary benefit for myself. But more importantly, I discovered where my true academic interest lay and made up my mind as to what kind of career I would pursue.

The choice of network communication for a career was no accident for me. The National University of Defense Technology, where I did my undergraduate studies, offered many courses that helped to prepare me for network communication work, such as mathematics, computer hardware and computer software. To further ground myself in the field of network communication, I took a host of courses with the university''s Department of Computer Science, like networking technologies and TCP/IP transport. I also taught myself some typical NOS, such as Netware.

Upon graduation in 1996, I have been working with BC (Beijing Center). My duties have ranged from monitoring channel error rate to utilizing and maintaining modem, including LAN management & maintenance and other things relevant to data communication. With the heavy working load, I have accumulated rich experience and developed a strong capacity for independent research. In 1997, I attended CNE training programs (Novell Certified Network Engineer). This training furthered my understanding of network communication and made my knowledge in this area more systematic. It also helped to clear up my confusions about optimizing LAN performance. I have therefore equipped myself with both adequate theoretical knowledge and rich working experiences in Data Communication.

I believe I am able to complete the graduate study successfully. Graduate studies in network communication will not only satisfy my intellectual curiosity but also enable me to make significant contributions to this country''s National Information Networks, equivalent to America''s concept of information superhighway. As much expertise as I have now, I feel that I cannot yet play any leading role in state-of-the-art research. I need to upgrade myself further so as to keep pace with the new technologies that keep advancing. I am happy to have learned that your department offers some excellent courses in advanced technologies and that it provides opportunities for the full development of individual capacity and originality. I think it is one of the best places for me to undertake my graduate studies. Among the various subareas of network communication, I am especially interested in the following; (1) Network Communication, (2) Distribute Computing, and (3) Computer Architecture. Any of your suggestions about my specialty orientation will be highly appreciated.

一、學(xué)生住宿

一般國(guó)內(nèi)的學(xué)生，在新生身份時(shí)期，會(huì)更傾向于選擇學(xué)校提供的宿舍，因?yàn)樽∷扌枰诔鰢?guó)前確定，而宿舍的預(yù)約可以直接在線上進(jìn)行，安全而且可靠，抵達(dá)之后辦理入住也很方便。

但是宿舍其實(shí)是很不方便的，尤其是大家還需要和不同國(guó)籍的人住在一起，會(huì)面臨文化差異帶來(lái)的各種生活摩擦，所以大部分的學(xué)生在宿舍預(yù)定到期之后，會(huì)選擇搬出去自己租房。

二、學(xué)生吃飯

食堂可以提供專屬折扣，憑學(xué)生證可以享受很高得優(yōu)惠，政府會(huì)為食堂進(jìn)行補(bǔ)貼，這一點(diǎn)和國(guó)內(nèi)差不多，而且可選擇的類型也是比較齊全的，不過(guò)遺憾的是沒(méi)有中餐，如果想吃的話只能出去吃或者自己做。

不過(guò)食堂開(kāi)放的時(shí)間并不是全天，一般是中午到下午，集中在11：00-18：00之間，只有部分學(xué)校會(huì)在周末開(kāi)放，一頓飯的均價(jià)在2-3歐之間，劃算而且方便，不要輕易下館子，會(huì)很貴。

三、學(xué)生出行

公交、地鐵、電車(chē)都屬于月票可使用的范圍，大家直接辦一張通用的月票，會(huì)更加方便一些，城市的差異會(huì)帶來(lái)定價(jià)的不同，一般一個(gè)月需要30-35歐之間。

學(xué)習(xí)和生活的節(jié)奏，在這里其實(shí)并不快，所以大家還可以選擇騎自行車(chē)的方式，這也是本地人最喜歡的出行方式之一，只要時(shí)間充足，完全可以選擇騎車(chē)，不需要花錢(qián)，對(duì)環(huán)境也沒(méi)有污染。

四、學(xué)生購(gòu)物

芬蘭的時(shí)尚走的是簡(jiǎn)約風(fēng)，從大熱的北歐性冷淡的風(fēng)格，就可以看出在日常中，本國(guó)的居民其實(shí)并不是很喜歡熱鬧的顏色，所以大家到了之后在采購(gòu)東西的時(shí)候，也需要考慮到這方面的習(xí)俗。

不過(guò)購(gòu)物要記得先找折扣，一般的商場(chǎng)會(huì)提前放出促銷的信息，大家確認(rèn)好時(shí)間后，再安排購(gòu)物的行程，當(dāng)然一般的情況下使用信用卡結(jié)賬也會(huì)有一定的折扣。

烏克蘭留學(xué)一年費(fèi)用是多少

一、大學(xué)學(xué)費(fèi)

留學(xué)之前選擇一個(gè)好的學(xué)校是比較關(guān)鍵的，要挑選適合的，不要盲目追求排名靠前的，因?yàn)橛械拇髮W(xué)雖然沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)在排行榜前列，但是也存在很多優(yōu)勢(shì)專業(yè)，學(xué)成后的畢業(yè)前景同樣十分遼闊，機(jī)會(huì)一樣很多，福利待遇很好。

建議同學(xué)們根據(jù)地理位置、周邊環(huán)境、具體到某一學(xué)院的師資情況和花費(fèi)開(kāi)銷等多個(gè)方面來(lái)確定目標(biāo)院校。

總的來(lái)說(shuō)，在該國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)，費(fèi)用成本較低，基本維持在8000-32000(RMB)/年。
