  (二)個(gè)人資料(Personal Data):
  主要是介紹你自己(Introduce yourself),包括個(gè)人的一些自然狀況:姓名(name)、年齡(age)、出生日期(date of birth)、住宅電話(home phone)辦公電話(office phone)、民族,國籍(nationality)、籍貫(native place)、家庭狀況(family status)、婚姻狀況(marital status)等。
  (三)應(yīng)聘的資格(Qualifications):
  在何種程度上,教育背景及工作背景適合從事某一工作。(The degree and/or depth to which a person’s work and educational background is a good fit for a particular job.)如:
  1.教育背景(Educational background):
  即正規(guī)學(xué)校教育/或培訓(xùn)(A history of a person’s formal schooling and/or training.)包括:學(xué)歷(educational history )、教育程度(educational background)、知識背景(knowledge background )、所學(xué)課程(courses taken)、專業(yè)課程(specialized courses)、進(jìn)修課程(refresher course)、脫產(chǎn)培訓(xùn)(off-job training)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)(computer science)等,及掌握情況。
  2.工作背景(Work background):
  即專職及兼職工作經(jīng)歷。(A history of a person’s professional and/or non-professional employment. )包括:工作經(jīng)歷(work experience)、職業(yè)經(jīng)歷(professional history)、具體經(jīng)歷(specific experience)、兼職(Part—time)、實(shí)習(xí)(Intern)、實(shí)際業(yè)績(Performance)、工作成就(achievements)、個(gè)人能力(People)、市場開發(fā)(Marketing develop)、關(guān)鍵問題的解決(breakthrough)、成功的要素(Element of Success)、勝任力(Competence)、被認(rèn)命的職位(appointed position )等。
  3.實(shí)力/優(yōu)勢(Strengths)
  你擅長的工作,你所擁有的積極的個(gè)性特點(diǎn),你想向你未來老板推銷的你的一些技能。實(shí)力包括較強(qiáng)的思想交流能力、分析能力、技術(shù)能力、管理能力、創(chuàng)造力、團(tuán)結(jié)力和可取的個(gè)人品質(zhì)。(Tasks which you feel you excel at,positive personality traits that you feel that you possess,and skills that you sell to a potential employer. Strengths can include superior communication skills,high analytical ability,technical skills,managerial prowess,creativity,people skills,and desirable personality traits.)例如:

  (四)弱點(diǎn)(Weaknesses)
  你認(rèn)為你自身需要改進(jìn)的地方,無論是工作習(xí)慣,還是專業(yè)知識,或是交流能力,等等。任何一個(gè)潛在的弱點(diǎn)必須附有能使之轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐环N潛在能力的積極有效的方法。(Areas that you perceive that you need improvement in,whether it be work habits,business knowledge,communication,etc. Any potential weakness must be spun into a positive answer which converts it into a potential strength.)例如:
