1、請(qǐng)你簡(jiǎn)單做一個(gè)自我介紹
很多求職者覺得這個(gè)問題太無聊了，我的情況不都在簡(jiǎn)歷里面介紹了嗎?這是一個(gè)很常規(guī)的問題，不僅僅新媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)崗位，幾乎所有面試都會(huì)碰到的。小李碰到過很多求職者是三言兩語就介紹完了自己，然后等著面試者再來問。
其實(shí)這個(gè)問題你需要站在面試者角度來考慮：面試者坐在你對(duì)面的時(shí)候，實(shí)際上還沒有看過你的簡(jiǎn)歷的，在看你簡(jiǎn)歷的時(shí)候，為了避免雙方尷尬，讓你做自我介紹是最適合不過了。在聽你介紹的時(shí)候，面試者也在看你的簡(jiǎn)歷，這樣就可以很快速的了解你的基本情況。

你只要說清楚你離開上一家的一些普通原因：

比如你的老婆在這地方，所以你從其他地方過來這里求職(潛在意思是告訴面試官，只要錄用我，我會(huì)很穩(wěn)定)。
2)公司業(yè)務(wù)問題
上一家公司項(xiàng)目爛尾了(互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司很多項(xiàng)目都是玩著沒一兩年就死掉了)，或者公司業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型，不符合你的職業(yè)發(fā)展方向(清晰的職業(yè)規(guī)劃)等。
3、你的薪資要求是多少?
這道題一般都是放在比較后面，面試得差不多的時(shí)候，面試者對(duì)你比較滿意了，會(huì)輕描淡寫般問你的，這個(gè)時(shí)候代表面試者對(duì)你的表現(xiàn)是相對(duì)比較滿意的。
問這個(gè)問題，實(shí)際上就是和你博弈的過程，一家公司給你的薪酬由三個(gè)因素構(gòu)成：
1)公司的用人預(yù)算;
2)你的能力;
3)同級(jí)崗位的員工薪酬水平。
所以，你能拿到什么樣的薪水，并不只是你的能力有多大有關(guān)。500強(qiáng)的企業(yè)，能給的薪酬肯定是比小企業(yè)的多。
那怎么辦呢?難道就說“我相信公司會(huì)根據(jù)我的能力給我提供一個(gè)合理的薪酬的”嗎?事實(shí)上，這樣的折中回答并不高明，至少在我看來，這是你對(duì)行情不了解，對(duì)這家公司也不了解的表現(xiàn)。
最好就是在求職之前，通過各種渠道了解這家公司給同級(jí)崗位的薪酬是多少。然后詢問一下HR，這家公司的薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)是怎么樣的，有什么工資之外的福利。結(jié)合自己的工作年限和能力等實(shí)際情況，可以提略高一些的報(bào)酬，以便有一個(gè)博弈的空間。
4、你的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃是怎么樣的?
這個(gè)問題，很多過來會(huì)教你說，第一年熟悉公司產(chǎn)品和行業(yè)。第二年沉淀自己，第三年做到主管級(jí)別，第五年做到經(jīng)理……
但認(rèn)為，這樣說空話套話的答案一點(diǎn)都不高明。你能不能做到管理崗位不僅和你的努力有關(guān)，更重要的是你的天分，你的機(jī)遇。作為面試官，我希望聽到的答案是你對(duì)于一個(gè)行業(yè)的堅(jiān)持和清晰的成長(zhǎng)規(guī)劃。
例如，你可以說，我一直都希望從事互聯(lián)網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)崗位的工作，從大學(xué)時(shí)代開始就特別的去翻看一些互聯(lián)網(wǎng)方面的書籍
