It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview,
I hope i can make a good performance today. I'm confident that I can succeed.
Now i will introduce myself briefly
I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .
I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2013.
I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July 2013, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.
And in August 2014,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
I think I'm a good team player and I'm a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

1、自我介紹不要太短,更不要太長(zhǎng),重點(diǎn)要突出,要有中心思想。也就是在面試前,對(duì)應(yīng)聘的企業(yè)的文化、產(chǎn)品、崗位需要的技能做一定的了解,最好和面試考官見(jiàn)面時(shí),根據(jù)自己的閱歷,對(duì)考官的傾向做一個(gè)判斷,然后組織好自己的語(yǔ)言,在介紹時(shí),通過(guò)描述,塑造自己在別人心目中的印象,比如應(yīng)聘文員,你需要判斷那個(gè)崗位需要的是細(xì)心、有熱情、文字功底強(qiáng)等等,你就需要在自我介紹中主要介紹你這方面的能力和成績(jī),不要想著一個(gè)介紹從自己小學(xué)開始一直講到大學(xué)畢業(yè)。
2、介紹最后需要總結(jié)一下,更強(qiáng)調(diào)你與這個(gè)崗位的符合性,比如“我認(rèn)為我在文字功底方面的能力很強(qiáng),也有相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和良好的成績(jī),我非常符合您的崗位要求”,這樣不僅是繼續(xù)提醒考官注意你這方面的能力,也表達(dá)出了你非常好的自信和加入公司的興趣。
3、介紹切勿有一句答一句,有些面試者惜字如金,有一句答一句,考官面試沒(méi)多久就會(huì)失去興趣,但是也切勿滔滔不絕,會(huì)讓人產(chǎn)生,你的理解能力有問(wèn)題,和不切實(shí)際、浮躁的印象。
4、準(zhǔn)備好了面試介紹,最好找你熟悉的人練習(xí)下,這樣多練習(xí)幾次,不僅會(huì)減少你的緊張,而且也會(huì)得到一些建議。比如我在MBA面試的過(guò)程中,提前已經(jīng)知道需要在3分鐘內(nèi)介紹下自己,我提前做了草稿,但是寫在紙上是很流利的,自己介紹時(shí)不通暢,所以我專門練習(xí)了10次,不斷修改,減少了一些次要的描述,保證在3 分鐘內(nèi)能給人留下比較好的印象。
另一種方法
一、將簡(jiǎn)歷中的所有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)都改成與采購(gòu)有關(guān)的工作;
二、介紹原單位的產(chǎn)品零部件,因?yàn)槟闶熘?,至少你知?
三、整理一下你知道的采購(gòu)流程,談?wù)剬?duì)你對(duì)安會(huì)庫(kù)存的看法(最低庫(kù)存量)
四、不專業(yè)的東西巧妙回答,少說(shuō)多聽,有問(wèn)必答;
