本項(xiàng)考試的時(shí)間:7分鐘左右
本項(xiàng)考試的形式:每個(gè)考生得到相同的文字資料,按照要求對(duì)需要解決的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行討論,并最終得出結(jié)果。考生在進(jìn)行考試前有30秒時(shí)間閱讀文字材料,并且在考試過(guò)程中可以參考材料。
本項(xiàng)考試內(nèi)容:本項(xiàng)考試為考生模擬了商業(yè)工作的真實(shí)環(huán)境,包括商業(yè)活動(dòng)中任何可以進(jìn)行雙向交流的場(chǎng)合。但仍然處于以下范圍中:廣告、求職、通信聯(lián)系、商業(yè)交流、經(jīng)營(yíng)者與顧客的關(guān)系、財(cái)政、會(huì)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)管理、生產(chǎn)安全、員工健康、員工管理、員工招聘、 員工培訓(xùn)、市場(chǎng)、銷(xiāo)售、貨物運(yùn)輸、技術(shù)等等。

A.提問(wèn)者將文字材料中規(guī)定討論的部分(通常特殊疑問(wèn)句)改為一般疑問(wèn)句并進(jìn)行表述。
B.使用第一人稱(chēng)I或We進(jìn)行表述,自然進(jìn)入虛擬的工作環(huán)境中。
C.使用工作場(chǎng)合中常用的套話使得交流更加自然。例如:Shall we get down to our business?
