　　1打開電腦左下角【開始】菜單，找到【運(yùn)行】選項(xiàng)，點(diǎn)擊打開

　　2在彈出的運(yùn)行對話框輸入 services.msc 命令，點(diǎn)擊確定

　　3進(jìn)入服務(wù)項(xiàng)界面，找到 print spooler 服務(wù)右鍵點(diǎn)擊選擇【屬性】選項(xiàng)，進(jìn)入屬性對話框，點(diǎn)擊上方【依賴關(guān)系】

　　4在依賴關(guān)系欄里，找到【print spooler】服務(wù)所依賴的相關(guān)服務(wù)rpc

　　5然后在服務(wù)列表中，找到該服務(wù)rpc服務(wù)，查看其是否啟動

　　注冊表修改;

　　在運(yùn)行對話框輸入【regedit】命令，點(diǎn)擊確定進(jìn)入注冊表界面，
